How do I return an article? 

Customers from Austria and Germany:

1. FILL OUT RETURN NOTE:
Before you repackage and tape up your return, please make sure that the return note is filled out inside the package. You can't find the return note? On  a  piece of paper, write down your name, order number and how you want the return to be processed (replacement delivery or refund).

2. AFFIX RETURN NOTE:
Print your return label from the link below and affix it on the parcel. Make sure you removed the initial address label or just oversticker the return note. If you have any problems, please contact: office@gottstein.at

3. SEND PACKAGE:

Customers from other countries:

Make sure you frank the return sufficiently and send it to our return address:

For customers outside Austria or Germany: We apologize, but we cannot refund the delivery costs back to Austria as well as the customs fees/duties.



Return policy

All articles purchased on www.gottstein.at/.com may be sent back within 100 days after receipt for free by using the return sticker (for Austria and Germany). An exception to this provision applies to our customized fulling fabrics. Individually tailored fulling fabrics are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 FAGG. 
Customers from other countries may also return articles at your own expense within 100 days to the following address:

Please note that in case the articles must be in the same condition as they were before and include the original label. In case they are returned in an impaired condition, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and issue an invoice for the impairment.

Refund for returns

Refunds are initiated immediately after receipt of your return. From the return date it can take up to 14 days until we processed and transferred your refund. We refund with the same payment method as used for your initial payment. If necessary, we might ask you to send us your bank details.

Return label (only for Customers from Austria and Germany)

The return label is attached in your package. In case you should require an additional return label, please contact our customer service via e-mail or phone. We will send you a new return sticker via e-mail.
